Sayilir (pronounced ‘sailor’) is of Turkish descent and studied at the Atlanta College of Art; the University of Georgia’s study abroad program in Cortona, Italy; and the Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where he completed his BFA. His fine arts focus has been augmented by explorations in drawing, painting and ceramics. The subject matter in his works ranges from abstract expressionism to dreamscapes, fantasy to realism.

My early work was less focused on the ethos and more experimental, but if you observe my work in chronological order, you will find that it matures with age. These are my unique pieces. Some belong to many collections accross United States, and others can be purchased directly from my studio or any participating galleries.
